fam Properties has been appointed as the exclusive master agency for the Keturah Ardh master development, a project led by MAG Group in Dubai's Al Rowaiyah First District. This US $16.34 billion development aims to blend traditional Arabic architectural styles with modern wellness features, offering luxury townhouse plots for investors. The project includes 93 designed clusters, featuring amenities such as a spa, yoga classes, and extensive green spaces. Construction is set to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, with completion expected by 2030. CEO Firas Al Msaddi emphasized the project's unique integration of heritage and wellness, targeting a growing market for luxury, culturally rooted real estate.
