Nakheel has introduced the Palm Central Private Residences on Palm Jebel Ali, a new residential project designed to embody a resort-like lifestyle. This development features 212 residences across three mid-rise buildings, offering panoramic sea and skyline views with a variety of one- to five-bedroom apartments and penthouses with private pools. The project aligns with Dubai's 2040 Urban Master Plan and aims to create a community-focused living experience, integrating wellness, public spaces, and amenities like a retail center and a mosque. Khalid Al Malik stated that the development reflects a commitment to people-centered living, broadening the residential offerings on the island and fostering a more connected community.
