Raed Kajoor Al Nuaimi is a senior Emirati executive and the Group CEO of Alef Group, a lifestyle real estate and development company based in Sharjah. He holds an MBA, a Master of Applied Business Research, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ascencia Business School – Collège de Paris.
Al Nuaimi began his career in the UAE Navy, where he excelled in Morse Code interpretation, achieving first rank among NATO countries and winning a GCC Morse Code prize. Over the years, he has successfully led more than 10,000 professionals across various functions, including design, project management, contracts, operations, hospitality, and infrastructure.
His corporate experience includes senior executive positions at prominent UAE organizations. He served as CEO of DXB Entertainments PJSC, the company behind Dubai Parks & Resorts, and held the role of Group CEO at Dubai Properties Group. Additionally, he was the CEO and Managing Director of North25, a joint venture between Meraas and Dubai Holding, focused on managing large-scale development projects.
